Clinic Manager

Family Planning Services of Lorain County is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (bilingual preferred) to lead daily clinical operations and support the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive patient care. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and brings strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Oversee daily clinical operations, workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Supervise, support, and mentor clinical staff.
• Coordinate patient care and help ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, documentation, and compliance.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding clinical team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and medical record management.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and organizational leadership.
• Respond to patient concerns and help maintain a positive, respectful patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Support Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) processes, laboratory logs and maintenance, and pharmacy ordering, as applicable.

• Fluency in English (and Spanish preferred)
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• A compassionate, professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.

• Fluency in Spanish
• Previous clinical leadership or management experience.
• Experience with the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP), laboratory logs, laboratory maintenance, or pharmacy ordering.
