• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and social support
• Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other essential tasks
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients

• Provide direct care and support to clients in their homes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Work collaboratively with the care team to create personalized care plans
• Document client progress and report any concerns or changes to the team
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
