Job Description
The Help Desk Student Worker will provide technology support services to the campus community, including desktop operating systems (Microsoft and Apple), mobile devices (iOS and Android), Dell and Apple device hardware support, and support for campus applications. As a Team Member of the Help Desk and Operations Team, they will troubleshoot issues, provide technical assistance, and maintain systems.
Qualifications- Students who appreciate attention to detail, think critically, and enjoy customer service.
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours per semester.
- Technical knowledge or experience is desirable but not required.
