Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Implementation Specialist to support small to mid-market client implementations. This role focuses on managing clients with simple to moderate plan setups and provides the opportunity to work in a project-driven environment beyond traditional support functions.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to gain experience in client onboarding, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate client implementations from kickoff to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate system setup.
- Track project status and report progress, issues, and risks to management.
- Conduct virtual meetings to review implementation steps and resolve outstanding needs.
- Document client requirements clearly and maintain updates in project tracking tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Complete seamless transitions to ongoing account management teams upon implementation completion.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in client operations, customer support, or client implementations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with SAP, CRM, or project tracking tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Quick learner, able to adopt new processes efficiently.
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously when required.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and data entry tasks.
- Ability to clearly articulate findings, issues, or concerns requiring resolution.
