** Commodity Manager
** you will lead the development and execution of commodity strategies across multiple locations, working collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supply chain performance.

** In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:*
* + Develop and execute comprehensive commodity and supplier strategies that support long-term business objectives.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to implement cost optimization initiatives, including value analysis and value engineering approaches.

+ Identify, evaluate, and develop diverse and high-performing sources of supply across domestic and global markets.

+ Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract development to achieve balanced outcomes in cost, quality, and service.

+ Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply risks to inform data-driven decision-making.

+ Guide supplier performance management, including continuous improvement plans and relationship development.

+ Manage commodity data, spend analytics, and performance metrics to improve visibility and outcomes.

+ Support new product development initiatives by collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain stakeholders.

+ Facilitate sourcing events such as competitive bidding and reverse auctions where appropriate.

+ Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that strengthen supply chain resilience and efficiency.

** For This Role, You Will Need:*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or another related discipline.

+ Minimum 5 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field within a multi-site or global environment

+ Tech savvy, with emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JDE/SAP/Qlik View, Portal, Insight, IBEE, and Team Center.

+ Knowledge of purchasing systems and principles including experience with low-cost country sourcing, auctions, VA/VE, and other leveraging tools.

+ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sourcing or commodity strategies

+ Experience analyzing data, market trends, and supplier performance to guide decisions

+ Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives

+ Familiarity with digital tools and systems used for procurement, analytics, or enterprise resource planning

+ Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships effectively

+ Periodic overnight travel of 10%-20% will be required

+ Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
