What’s a typical day as Purchasing Agent? You’ll be:

Leading high-level negotiations with global suppliers to secure competitive pricing and optimize lead times, reporting to the Global Supply Management team.
Cultivating and managing strategic partnerships within assigned commodities, ensuring accountability and swift resolution of operational or quality discrepancies.
Executing all purchasing deliverables for product development cycles, identifying supply base gaps, and onboarding high-performance suppliers to meet project timelines.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Have 3–5 years of progressive experience in professional purchasing or strategic sourcing, with a proven track record of successful negotiations.
Possess preferred experience in Electrical components, Motors, Bearings, Plastic Resins/Injection Molding, Powdered Metal, Hardware, and/or Packaging.
