Executive Director; LNHA

Wesleyan Village in Elyria, OH is seeking an Executive Director that is licensed in the State of Ohio. The Executive Director is responsible to manage and budget the day-to-day operations of the facility and keeping the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission. They will ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individual care plans are being followed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners and stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of senior leaders, providing guidance and support in their respective areas of expertise
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints

Qualifications:

- An Executive Director license in the state of OH is required
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies
- Excellent business development skills, with a track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable contracts and agreements
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals
- Solid understanding of operations management principles and practices
- Proficient in project management methodologies, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
