You-ll Do

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy District Manager with a proven track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring each operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with our brand values. The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a strategic leader, you will be instrumental in coaching General Managers, analyzing performance metrics, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across your district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee fiscal and operational management.
  • Maintain field-visibility in restaurants.
  • Ensure timely compliance with company and franchisor standards for food safety, security, safety, and employment matters including staffing and labor laws.
  • Enhance the image of the Company by ensuring product integrity.
  • Coach and support the restaurants by providing timely and consistent development.
  • Ensure RGM‑s provide appropriate development for other team staff.
  • Encourage management teams to improve performance.
  • Demonstrate teamwork by holding regular area meetings, effectively resolving concerns, and ensuring resources are shared.
  • Build capability through execution of the Bench Planning and internal promotion processes.
  • Ensure execution of the hiring selection process in their restaurants to hire only the right people.
  • Ensure all management and Team Members receive effective and timely performance evaluations and development plans as appropriate.
  • Recognize individuals and frequently encourage team members to recognize each other. Display positive energy in restaurants.

  • Strong analytical thinking and sound decision‑making skills to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to oversee multiple locations and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for motivating teams and driving results.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and math skills.
  • Demonstrated success in improving customer satisfaction, building high‑performing teams, and achieving business goals.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
  • Must possess a valid driver‑s license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range: $75,000.00 to $84,000.00 yearly
