- $20/hour starting pay

Shipping & Receiving Associates help ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of raw materials, packaging, supplies, and finished goods within the Elyria facility.
Key Responsibilities- Verify inbound materials against purchase orders and SAP entries
- Safely unload tankers, trucks, and trailers
- Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
- Place materials in designated storage locations; monitor cold‑storage temperatures and fuel levels
- Rotate stock using FIFO; report and repackage damaged items as needed
- Perform accurate SAP transactions, receiving documentation, and cycle counts
- Prepare and ship customer orders following written procedures
- Use barcode scanners to verify order accuracy
- Safely load outbound trucks and secure cargo for transport
- Secure cargo in overseas containers or dedicated trailers to prevent movement in transit
- Operate refrigeration systems on trailers, containers, and tankers when required
- Complete all shipping paperwork accurately and in compliance with company standards
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (including respirators)
- Maintain good housekeeping; participate in safety meetings and required training
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to qualify for a company‑issued forklift license
- Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and up to 110 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Basic math skills and ability to distinguish color
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Ability to wear a respirator; must meet fit‑to‑work requirements and pass an employment physical
- Experience with SAP or other inventory control systems preferred
