Centerless Grinding Machinist

This grinding position will be responsible for set‑up/production on full CNC and manual machines, making quality verifications and adjustments as necessary.

$3,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS! Bonus will be paid in 3 increments of $500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, and $1,500 at 12 months.

• Must be able to dress centerless grinding wheels
• Must be able to set work blade heights
• Must have experience holding .0001 tolerances
• Read and interpret drawings
• Read micrometer and other precision instruments
• Calculate/adjust machine settings
• Identify/solve problems
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Possess a solid work history
• High School diploma/GED preferred
