Machine Operator / Production Associate – 12 Hour Shifts

Location: Elyria, OH Pay: $18 – $20/hour

Work just 15 days a month — with every other weekend off.

Day

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
2‑2‑3 rotating schedule (built-in long weekends)

• Operate production and extrusion equipment
• Assist with startups, reel changes, and product handling
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed
• Track production and maintain accurate records
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

• Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable working a 12‑hour rotating schedule
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable and ready to work as part of a team
