Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and routine servicing of industrial machinery, with a focus on multi-spindle screw machines;
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime;
Repair, rebuild, and replace machine components including spindles, gears, bearings, cams, collets, feed mechanisms, tooling attachments, and drive systems;
Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, align, and test equipment following repairs or overhauls;
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements and company policies
