Warehouse Pick & Pack​/Assembly - 1st Shift; Mon thru Fri

Multilink Inc – Elyria, OH 44035. Salary: $14.50 hourly.

• Pull correct product from shelf for orders
• Assemble and check product by labeling, packing, counting, and sealing finished goods for stock or orders to be shipped
• Use wrapper for preparing skid orders to ship
• Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues
• Must be willing to learn and operate other equipment including drill presses, band / table saw
• Has the ability to read blueprints to ascertain correct specifications and perform in-process inspections
• Safely move material using forklift and/or pallet jack
• Cleans and maintains an orderly work area using the 5S procedure set up
• Assist other individuals in the area when needed
• Communicating effectively with other workers, promotes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to company policies, process, and procedures
• Excellent attendance
• Perform all other duties as assigned to by Management

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent may be required
• Tow motor skills preferred
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, tape measure
• Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures
• Safety conscious behavior

• Lift, carry, push and or pull 1 – 60+ lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand and walk for 1 – 10 hours per day
• Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen

Ability to work in a 55 – 85 degree Fahrenheit work environment.
