Quality Technician

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring a Quality Technician for a leading bakery ingredients and food manufacturing company. If you have experience in food production, quality control, bakery operations, or laboratory testing and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

• Monday – Thursday
• 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Overtime available on Fridays

• Perform quality inspections on bakery products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Evaluate products for height, weight, color, appearance, and overall quality.
• Prepare and test products according to formulas and package instructions.
• Operate production equipment including fryers and mixers.
• Accurately document quality checks, inspections, and test results.
• Monitor food safety and GMP compliance throughout the production process.
• Identify and report quality concerns and support corrective actions.

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, bakery production, or laboratory testing required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Must pass allergen screening (milk, whey, egg, and soy exposure).
• No jewelry permitted in the production facility due to GMP requirements.
