Manufacturing ​/ Production Operator, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

In this position, you will receive a competitive base wage along with individual production incentive pay. The Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and assembling new products.

• Follow Work Instructions to complete assembly of RIDGID pipe wrench
• Required to inspect parts and components, advising technicians of quality or efficiency issues.
• Required to pack the wrench into provided cartons and stack on pallets
• Work with DPR's and Work Instructions
• Operate Hook Mills/Threaders, Hook Grinders, Handle Cells, Feed Wheels
• Load parts into machine, unload parts
• Required to keep machines/work area clean
• Other duties may be assigned, also punctually and attendance are critical elements of this job.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work any shift
• Basic to advanced math skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

This role is based at our World HQ in Elyria (just a little west of Cleveland), OH, USA. Our Elyria, OH facility is conveniently located within driving distance to Cleveland. The area’s generally low costs of living, excellent school systems, and low crime rates build a family-friendly environment. The area is home to several growing communities with restaurants, festivals, shopping, and arts scenes that make them exciting places to live and work.

$1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
