Job Description

In this position, you will receive a competitive base wage along with individual production incentive pay. The Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and assembling new products.
Responsibilities- Follow Work Instructions to complete assembly of RIDGID pipe wrench
- Inspect parts and components, advising technicians of quality or efficiency issues
- Pack the wrench into provided cartons and stack on pallets
- Work with DPR’s and Work Instructions
- Operate Hook Mills/Threaders, Hook Grinders, Handle Cells, Feed Wheels
- Load parts into machine and unload parts
- Keep machines and work area clean
- Perform other duties as assigned; punctuality and attendance are critical
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work any shift
- Basic to advanced math skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
- Ability to read production/shop orders
- Ability to use precision instruments
- Lean and 5S experience
- Safety mentality

- $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
