Ferrule Team Member; 1st shift

Ceramic Ferrule Team Member – 1st Shift (7am‑3pm) – $23.25/hr Responsibilities

• Load and unload the ferrule furnace while maintaining the proper temperature.
• Assist in servicing ferrule presses.
• Box, label, seal, wrap, and transport products to inventory locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a ceramic kiln environment, standing and walking for the majority of an 8–10 hour day.
• Lift, bend, and move up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills for performing inventory transactions.
• Forklift certified or willing to complete a B&D approved forklift certification program.
