Assembly Technician

Dura-Line, an Orbia business, is hiring Assembly Technicians to join our Elyria, OH team.

This position is a full-time on-site role at our Tape Operation plant located at Sugar Lane, Elyria OH 44035
.

Schedule
:
Day Shift Hours, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:15pm

Pay
:
Competitive starting hourly wage of $16.50 per hour plus $1/hr shift differential.

• Assemble and package product according to order specifications
• Perform all prep and setup for order
• Stock and maintain inventory
• Cut and roll tangs
• Prep station items that support assembly and CNC
• Assist co-workers as required
• Additional duties as directed by management

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Must be able to speak, read and write English; bilingual is a plus
• Reliable and punctual team player with good attendance
• Willingness to wear gloves, eye protection, steel toe boots, and other PPE as necessary
• Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly workspace
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Work indoors on the plant floor with heat, dust, and noise; some outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Remain stationary or move around frequently; ability to squat, bend, or stoop as needed
