Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities on the plant floor in Elyria, OH. This onsite contract role pays $40/hr and runs 3-4 months with potential extension, following a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm schedule.
The role requires hands-on supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, and collaboration with the Operations Manager and HR to coach staff and maintain compliance with plant rules.
