• Read and understand blueprints and job routers.
• Must have assembly skills and be willing and able to use all the needed hand tools/air tools.
• Must be able to use or be trained to use a Bandsaw, Drill-press, Thermal press, and Sonic welder.
• Can identify and report any material or quality issues.
• Must be able to learn and identify product and be able to correctly set up jobs and pull correct inventory per job, with assistance of lead and material handlers.
• Test and quality check products prior to packing and shipping, includes use of Visual fault light tester, calipers, and certain air tools.
• Neatly and efficiently package and stack product for shipment to customer, includes use of a utility knife, tape-dispenser gun, and packaging foam.
• Must have good math skills and be able to recognize and report any inventory issues.
• Safely pull and move inventory with a pallet jack.
• Must communicate effectively with Management and as well as all team members.
• Promote a safe and friendly work environment and adhere to company policies.
• Must keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Management.

• High school diploma or equivalent may be required.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Must be able to use hand tools and products such as a heat sealer, tape dispenser, and box cutter.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change.
• Understand and support company policies and procedures.
• Safety conscious behavior.
• Excellent attendance.
• Ability to work with various types of assembly constraints with guidance.

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs frequently.
• Squat, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently.
• Sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 10 hours per day.
• Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time.

Must be able to work in a 55–85-degree Fahrenheit work environment.
