Material Handler

Position:
Pattern Storage Material Handler
Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to properly load and unload material/patterns to and from manufacturing and shipping areas.
• Stack loads accurately and safely at all times
• Comfortable moving material in and out of racks
• Ability to maneuver in congested areas while operating in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior forklift experience required.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• Established skills in operating equipment in a safe manner.
• Demonstrated competency in loading, unloading, and stacking materials.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Heavy manufacturing environment
• Indoor and outdoor climate conditions during all seasons and in varying temperatures.
• Perform physical activities that require use of your arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking stooping and handling materials.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Full Time. Hourly, non-exempt.
