As a Ceramic Ferrule Machine Operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Elyria, OH. You’ll get to:

• Load and unload ferrule furnace.
• Maintain proper temperature.
• Assist Ferrule Team Member in servicing the ferrule presses.
• Box/container making, packaging (including weigh up, labeling, sealing, wrapping), transport and store in inventory location and maintaining appropriate documents.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a manufacturing ceramic kiln environment requiring the employee to stand and walk for majority of an 8 to 10-hour day. Bend, lift product, equipment and tools up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
• Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete B&D approved forklift certification program
