Job Description
The welder-fabricator will work primarily with steel, performing welding, fabrication, and mechanical assembly tasks with a semi-autonomous approach. This role requires a practical mindset, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn to support effective and accurate production.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks on steel components
- Assemble mechanical parts and systems
- Handle materials safely and efficiently
- Use hand and power tools to support fabrication and assembly
- Maintain attention to detail for quality workmanship
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years welding experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
