Position: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician; 3rd shift; $40.07/hour

Electro-Mechanical Technician 3rd shift 11pm - 7:00am $40.07/ hour plus shift differential $1.10

What You’ll Do
  • Layout, install and maintain a wide variety of conventional and computerized electrical/electronic and accessories and plant properties.
  • Diagnose and remedy all electrical/electronic problems and troubleshooting as required.
  • Capability to program, maintain and troubleshoot PLC programs.
  • Any electrical work performed must comply with city, state and federal regulations.
  • Must be able to mechanically and electrically/electronically assemble, disassemble, repair, rebuild and overhaul any machine in shop.
  • Also, rebuild or repair or install any parts in machine components.
  • Perform a variety of bench and machining operations on various parts.
  • Hold close tolerances.
  • Operates lathes, grinders, milling machines and all machine shop equipment.
  • Transport hazardous material within company property.
  • Operate and handle electrical/electronic measuring and monitoring equipment.

Requirements
  • Journeyman’s Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Technician papers or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with hand tools and power tools preferred.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment requiring the employee to stand and walk for majority of an 8 to 10-hour day.
  • Bend, lift product, equipment and tools up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
  • Push or pull product up to 200 pounds.
  • Use hand tools up to 20 pounds over extended periods of time.
