We're hiring dedicated, dependable Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for permanent, ongoing positions - not PRN or occasional work. This role is ideal for LPNs who want steady, meaningful engagement with pediatric clients and are ready to provide specialized care, including all ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting) and medication administration via J‑Tube
. Our 24/7 support model ensures you’re never alone in the field and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.
This position offers 8‑hour shifts from 8 am to 4 pm with scheduling available any day between Saturday and Sunday. We are seeking candidates who are flexible and able to work any combination of days throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive pediatric care, assisting with all ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting) while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Administer medications via J‑Tube accurately and monitor for tolerance, side effects, and effectiveness.
- Monitor overall health and development of pediatric clients, reporting changes to the supervising healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure clients’
safety, comfort, and well‑being
. - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team regarding care and progress.
- Adhere strictly to all infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols
