Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking an LPN to provide direct patient care at our Elyria facility. You will work with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to maintain a therapeutic environment and support long-term recovery.
Responsibilities include administering medications, following treatment plans, conducting Mantoux testing, coordinating physician follow-ups, and training staff in health and safety matters. A valid LPN license is required and regional travel may be needed.
