Stevens Engineers & Constructors has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Quality Inspector to join our Cleveland Operations Team. The Construction Quality Inspector assists Project Managers and Foremen with knowledge of what and when inspections are to be made.

• Perform inspections and complete appropriate inspection forms.
• Inspections may include:
• Earthwork and backfill.
• Concrete and/or grout placement.
• Receiving inspections.
• Underground and above ground component placement.
• MTE calibration and usage.
• Welding consumables control.
• Weld inspections and welder qualifications.
• Weld tracking and mapping, including any “Red line/ As Built” drawings.
• Coordinate with client's QA, any testing or hold points they are required to be involved with.
• Coordinate with subcontracted NDE and specialty testing personnel for future tests required.
• Involve with and/or coordinate testing to assure compliance.
• Prepare final documentation for turnover package(s).
• When multiple inspectors are needed, lead will be appointed to assist with tracking, coordinate testing and organize the documents given by other inspectors.
