• Provide legal guidance to portfolio companies.
• Ensure compliance and successful execution of all real estate transactions.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions
• Ability to manage real estate acquisitions from inception to close

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working in a private equity environment
