This position is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. It is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Site Manager, supervising employees during day‑to‑day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations, and managing the overall workflow of the workplace.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Develop good customer relationships.
• Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.
• Smooth out problems within the workplace.
• Address employee and customer concerns.
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Email and phone correspondence.
• Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
• Provide direction to staff.
• Monitor spending patterns and budget.
• Fill in for Site Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
• Organize shift schedules for team members.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness and time off.
• Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills.
• Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary.
• Manage employee requests and transgressions.
• Train new and current team members on tasks.
• Handle customer issues and manage conflicts.
• Adhere to company policies and health, safety and employment standards.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
• Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services; take and process wash payments to customer satisfaction.
• Clean facility and keep all areas organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, grease gun).
• Assist customers with any area concerning the car wash process.
• Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, competent attitude.
• Signal direction and ensure safe driving into the wash tunnel.
• Smile and give a thumbs‑up after the customer is in neutral with no brakes.
• Carry out visual inspection of vehicles before sending them into the wash area.
• Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are adhered to daily.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, trash cans emptied, hoses properly hung.
• React with a sense of urgency to complete tasks at the right time with customers and teammates.
