Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Deliver clear, professional, and engaging communication to convert leads into opportunities.
• Support the sales team with appointment setting and pipeline management.
• Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting and activity tracking.
