• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Conduct effective follow-up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, ensuring they feel confident and informed
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to finalizing the sale
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new vehicle models and dealership promotions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales targets and improve overall customer experience
• Ensure all customer interactions leave clients feeling valued, appreciated, and satisfied with their experience

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar high-volume sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer service
• Ability to build rapport quickly and leave customers feeling grateful for their experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and vehicle features is a plus
