Carvana - - Responsibilities:
Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and large area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair);
Carry out roof and rocker panel repair and minor metal pulling;
Train other autobody technicians and supervise junior staff as needed;
Ensure vehicles are repaired to Carvana quality standards and ready for reconditioning centers
