Flex Laborer / Small Equipment Operator
We are seeking motivated individuals for full‑time positions involving light equipment operation, labor, and rail yard work.
This role offers

- Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
- Knowledge of rail yard operations, basic hand tools, and light equipment handling.
- Knowledge on safely operating tele‑handlers, skid steers, and other related equipment.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
- Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations
. - Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
. - Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
. - Welding aptitude is a plus
. - Willingness and ability to pass a pre‑employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening.
