CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver – Recent CDL‑A Truck Drivers

• Weekly Pay: $1,095.18 – $1,980.65 (full‑time drivers)
• Annual Pay: $56,949.36 – $ (full‑time drivers)
• Additional accessorial compensation includes tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.57 – $.71 per mile
• Transition Package: $1,800 (including $1,000 for orientation within the first 2 weeks)

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum age 21
• 4+ months of driving experience required (no experience required for recent CDL‑A graduates – training available)
• Safe driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferred: 1‑year truck driving experience (not required)
• Background Check required
• Clean Drug Test required
• Clean Clearinghouse result required
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
