Successfully complete Republic Services CDL training program, including classroom study, on-route training, driving experience, and resources to take the CDL examination;
Complete twelve months of employment after obtaining a CDL;
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the assigned vehicle;
Learn to safely operate a heavy or commercial truck along a designated route and service each customer on the route sheet;
Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers per procedures;
Monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste;
Monitor vehicle condition to minimize downtime and keep truck clean between trips;
Follow all safety policies and procedures;
After CDL, perform all Driver duties in a designated line of business (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Roll-Off)
