Job Description:
- Research, review, and process all aspects of construction payables: coding, contract awards, work sheets, GL entry, budget and variance calculations.
- Act as the accounting liaison with construction team, vendors and investors as needed for payment updates and information gathering.
- Scan and maintain A/P invoices in accounting system.
- Prepare and update all necessary audit information files and schedules and assist with the annual audit process.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Three years of demonstrated A/P experience in a high-volume environment
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and industry-based ERP systems (SAGE Intacct, Acumatica, etc.)
