About the Team

Our Finance team comprises Accounting, AR/AP, Inventory, FP&A, and Tax. We are the number‑crunchers who record, report, and support our business partners to keep everything running. We are a diverse group with strong work ethic and a mindset of continuous improvement.

Job Role

The Vendor Master Coordinator is responsible for the onboarding and maintenance of business partner records in SAP. This coordinator works with all departments, customers, and suppliers to maintain information such as business name, address, banking info, and classifications. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, independent judgment, and ability to verify sensitive data.

Responsibilities
  • Primary contact for business questions related to vendor master data.
  • Validate and complete business partner requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper supporting documentation.
  • Perform audits and integrity checks to maintain high‑quality master data.
  • Generate master data reports as requested and review for completeness and accuracy.
Compensation
  • Base Pay Range: $24.00 – $27.00 hourly
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing.

  • Final compensation is based on experience, skills and may vary by location.
Qualifications
  • College degree or high‑school diploma with 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Vendor Master Maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑focused environment.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, including VLOOKUP.
  • Self‑motivated, team player.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence clearly.
  • Ability to follow company procedures.
