DMT is a leading late‑stage biotechnology company advancing durable and disease‑targeted therapeutics with potential to transform treatment paradigms for patients. The company’s lead product candidate, 4D-150, is a backbone therapy for retinal vascular diseases, designed to provide multi‑year sustained delivery of anti‑VEGF with a single, safe intravitreal injection. 4D-150 is in Phase 3 development for wet age‑related macular degeneration, with a second indication in diabetic macular edema.
The second product candidate, 4D-710, is the first genetic medicine to demonstrate successful delivery and expression of the CFTR transgene in the lungs of people with cystic fibrosis after aerosol delivery.

DMT needs a motivated, collaborative, and experienced Administrative Assistant (Contract). The primary function is to provide direct administrative support to senior executives with a strong focus on calendar management, monthly expense reporting, processing financial requisitions, contracting, and other internal business processes as needed. The role reports directly to the Executive Business Partner and is a hybrid position with a minimum of three days onsite per week.
- Direct Support for Senior Executives: manage high‑priority administrative tasks, calendar management, scheduling changes, and multiple incoming requests for meetings aligned with weekly priorities.
- Calendar Management: schedule and edit meetings and appointments, set up Zoom conferences, assign delegate rights, manage bookings for single and recurring meetings, and collaborate with the administrative team to resolve conflicts.
- Meeting Logistics and Planning: book conference rooms, coordinate attendee confirmations, manage room set‑up and catering, and support offsite meetings and employee events—including vendor sourcing, cost analysis, and communication.
- Travel Planning: arrange domestic and international travel, air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, dining, and car rentals. Register for conferences and events while capturing cost savings and ensuring compliance with expense policies.
- Expense Reporting: reconcile monthly expense reports using Nexonia and collect/submit receipts in accordance with 4
DMT policies. - Contract, Purchasing & Invoice Management: input and process contract and purchase agreements, manage updates through edits to final signatures, and complete required training on Iron Clad contract management and Coupa purchasing software.
- Teamwork & Backup Support: participate in cross‑functional team projects and provide backup support for other administrative team members during PTO or peak periods.
- Other Duties as Assigned: management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.
- Education:
BA or equivalent relevant work experience. - Experience:
3‑5 years of administrative experience. - Skills:
- Electronic Calendar Management (Outlook, Microsoft 365).
- Microsoft Office and SharePoint: prepare and edit written communications, contract documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and deploy basic formatting skills.
- Excellent Communication: written, verbal, listening, and clarity in instructions.
- Good Judgment & Discretion: maintain confidentiality of all matters.
- Ability to move and lift at least 10 lbs. for catering setup and small shipments.
- Primarily computer use with extended periods of sitting.
Hourly compensation range: $36.00 — $42.00/hr final rate depends on geographical location, relevant experience, skills, and years of experience.
