We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Emeryville team and take ownership of projects from concept through completion

What You'll Do
  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary client contact throughout the lifecycle
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to drive schedule, budget, safety, and quality performance
  • Lead OAC meetings and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients and design teams to develop early concepts, budgets, and execution strategies.
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, solicitation, and buyout for all trades.
  • Work with superintendents to develop scopes, logistics plans, and project schedules
  • Drive value engineering and constructability reviews to improve cost and execution outcomes
  • Track project budgets, costs, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare pay applications, cost reports, and progress billing updates
  • Manage change orders and subcontractor contracts
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and direct procurement when beneficial to project success
What We're Looking
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • 1-4 years of construction management, project engineering, or design experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to take ownership of projects
