YMCA of the East Bay Disability & Inclusion Specialist role in Oakland/Emeryville/ Berkeley supports children with special needs in classrooms and will coach staff, develop individualized plans, and work with families and service providers to ensure full inclusion.
You’ll attend IEP/IFSP meetings, monitor progress, and model best practices for early intervention and behavior support, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to sustain high-quality programming.
