Special Education Resource Teacher (RSP) | Emeryville, CA
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a dedicated Special Education Resource Teacher (RSP) to join a supportive school district in Emeryville, California. This opportunity is based at a single elementary school site serving students in grades 1-5 with a caseload of up to 28 students.
This assignment is expected to run through the December holiday break, with the opportunity to transition into a middle school Resource Specialist position within the district beginning in January.
- Resource Specialist Program (RSP) Teacher
- Grades 1-5; caseload of up to 28 students
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student success
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and services
- Provide specialized academic instruction and accommodations
- Experience working in an elementary school setting required
- Knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and implementation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Local Pay Range:
$53.00 - $57.40 per hour
Travel Compensation:
$2,300 - $2,545 gross weekly pay
Travel packages include tax-free housing and meals stipends for eligible candidates.
