Role OverviewWe’re looking for a technical problem‑solver who loves hardware, customers, and building products. As a Solutions Engineer, you will deploy Revel systems at customer sites, ensure their success, and bring field insights back to shape our product roadmap.
Responsibilities- Deploy and configure Revel systems at customer sites.
- Ensure successful system operation and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and communicate field insights to inform product development.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer‑facing support.
- 2+ years of relevant, post‑college work experience.
- Strong engineering background – Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics preferred.
- Hands‑on hardware experience (embedded, test engineering, robotics, aerospace, automotive, or similar).
- Demonstrated programming proficiency in Python, C/C++, Typescript/JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Comfort with technical troubleshooting and customer‑facing communication.
- Interest in shaping product direction based on real‑world needs.
- Willingness to travel and work directly with cutting‑edge hardware teams.
- Experience with DAQ systems, PLCs, control systems, or automation.
- Experience with NI software suite, Twin Cat, or Code Sys.
- Previous field or applications engineering roles.
- Startup experience.
- Passion for advanced manufacturing, robotics, or aerospace.
- Eligible U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or able to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
