This is a full-time, on-site role based in Emeryville, CA. The Vice President of Finance and Accounting will lead our streamlined accounting department and oversee financial reporting. The responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, managing invoicing, collections and payables, job costing, KPI reporting, treasury functions, HR and insurance management. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive financial performance and effective decision-making.

• Proficiency in financial statements preparation
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and providing actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
• Experience collaborating with leadership teams
• Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks online.
