My client is seeking a Finance Manager who can partner across commercial, operations, supply chain, and executive leadership teams to drive forecasting accuracy, financial planning, cost management, and business growth. • Play a key financial leadership role within a growing CDMO organization
• Partner directly with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Executive teams
• Influence business strategy through forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis
• Work with advanced SAP S/4
  
  HANA finance systems and transformation initiatives

• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning activities
• Develop project-level, client-level, and product-level profitability models
• Manage cost-plus and fixed-price contract financial modeling, including scope changes and change orders
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams on demand and capacity planning
• Oversee accounting operations including A/R, A/P, inventory accounting, and customer fee management
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes within SAP FI, CO, and PS modules
• Manage cash flow activities and approved payment processes
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining financial controls and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Approximately 5+ years of finance experience within a CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Strong SAP expertise, including S/4
  
  HANA, FI, CO, PS, material ledger, costing, and variance analysis
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
