The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for recommending, developing, and implementing HR strategies to achieve organizational developmental objectives. This role involves providing counsel to senior leadership, spearheading talent management and leadership development initiatives, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Key Activities- Strategic Alignment:
Develops and implements HR strategies that support business objectives and ensure the organization’s values and culture are embedded in daily operations. - Trusted Advisor:
Provides consultative guidance and support to business leaders on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation. Leads and manages organizational change processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication. - Organizational Effectiveness:
Applies corporate HR processes to optimize organizational design and strategic planning. Provides feedback to the HR department on any adjustments to HR strategies to address current and future business needs. Uses data and HR metrics to analyze trends, identify challenges, and develop effective, data-backed solutions to improve organizational performance. - Leadership Coaching and Development:
Partners with business leaders to develop leadership capabilities of all management levels. Provides executive-level coaching as required. - Talent Management:
Facilitates programs and processes for talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce and attract top talent in the local market. - Workplace Culture:
Partners with business leaders in shaping the workplace culture that demonstrates a personal commitment and proactive approach focused on retention, morale, and employee engagement. Navigates complex employee relations issues, understands multiple viewpoints, and promotes a positive and productive workplace.
- Strategic mindset and ability to manage complex HR issues that may not have a predefined process or system, thriving in ambiguity.
- Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of internal stakeholders, including C-suite, in a consulting capacity.
- 10+ years of extensive progressive HR experience, mainly in business partnering or senior advisory roles.
- PHRca - HRCI certification is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management; a higher-level degree in a relevant field is preferred.
