Minimum 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML-related roles.

• 3 years in AI product strategy or roadmap ownership.
• 5 years in stakeholder management and business analysis.
• 5 years in product delivery, in AI/ML projects.
• 3 years of experience in Gen AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of Gen AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

We are looking for a seasoned AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions tailored for the Retail domain. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in AI product lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.

  Roadmap:
  
  Own and drive the AI product roadmap focused on retail use cases such as Yield Optimization, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and Trade ROI. Prioritize and manage a backlog of AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility. Minimum 3-5 years in AI product strategy or roadmap ownership.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Translation: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Minimum 5 years in stakeholder management and business analysis.
• Execution & Delivery: Lead cross‑functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and developers to deliver AI solutions. Ensure timely execution, quality assurance, and post‑launch optimization. Minimum 4-6 years in product delivery, preferably in AI/ML projects.
• Performance Measurement: Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for each AI initiative. Use data‑driven insights to iterate and improve product performance. Minimum 3 years in product analytics or performance tracking.

• Communication skills: communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; verbal, emails and instant messages.
• Interpersonal skills: strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members; provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
• Problem‑solving and analytical thinking: capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently; analytical mindset.
• Task / Work Updates: prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira and Azure Dev Ops; provides regular updates, proactive and diligent.

Successfully lead the development and delivery of Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions tailored for the Retail domain.

• Experience in Retail domain use cases such as pricing, promotions, customer segmentation, and supply chain optimization.
• Experience with AI orchestration platforms, agentic workflows, and LLM fine‑tuning.
• Background in data science, engineering, or analytics is a plus.
• Exposure to ethical AI, data governance, and privacy compliance.
