Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify retention trends and customer churn drivers.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for automated reporting and dashboards.
- Conduct A/B tests and cohort analyses to evaluate the impact of retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Present findings to stakeholders using clear visualizations and concise executive summaries.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related role, preferably in a SaaS or subscription business.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong statistical background with experience in cohort analysis, churn modeling, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
