Bay Area law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Paralegal to join their team in California. This position focuses on insurance coverage litigation and involves working remotely with a dynamic group of professionals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation while ensuring efficiency and organization in complex cases.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys during all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

- Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation schedules to ensure smooth case management.

- Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as correspondence, motions, and pleadings.

- Facilitate communication with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel to coordinate case activities.

- Conduct in-depth legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in case strategy.

- Manage electronic discovery processes and maintain digital records efficiently.

- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of court documents.

- Collaborate with the legal team to prepare trial exhibits and presentations.

- Stay updated on court filing requirements and legal procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance coverage or defense cases.

- Strong understanding of legal processes, court systems, and filing procedures.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.

- Familiarity with eDiscovery practices and electronic record management.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
