Electrical Apprentice 3rd–5th Year Emeryville

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 3rd year - 5th year Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction related electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires expertise in both residential and industrial settings, ensuring that all electrical installations, repairs, and renovations meet safety standards and regulations.

• 3rd - 5th Year Apprentice

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform various electrical tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Work with low voltage systems as required for specific projects.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations throughout all tasks.
• Work at heights as required.

• Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding electrical schematics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
• Experience as an industrial electrician is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools in various settings.
• A maintenance-person mentality with the capability to handle diverse tasks beyond electrical work is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
