Renewal by Andersen is the replacement division of the 120‑year‑old Andersen Corporation, the largest window and door manufacturer in North America.

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team in San Diego. The Installer will ensure high‑quality installations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain organized job sites.

• Competitive salary: on‑target earnings ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 annually, based on tier level and performance.

• Material handling support: warehouse crew handles loading and unloading of windows and doors; trucks are provided to each crew.

• Safely and efficiently remove existing windows and doors; complete new installations with precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site; handle teardown and ensure thorough project cleanup.
• Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details.
• Provide a professional and courteous experience to homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Collaborate with the Lead Installer to address challenges and ensure efficient project completion.

• 1–3 years of window installation, carpentry, or framing experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to manage time and installation tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Track record of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with crew, staff, and leadership.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted; perform tasks in various job site conditions.
• Proficiency in using an iPad for business applications.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong commitment to time management and punctuality.
• Standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
